How do I access the sessions?
Please click on the agenda icon above. Each image on the agenda is clickable and will take you directly to the event happening at that time.
What is the Live Stage?
The live stage is what is happening right now! If you ever feel lost, just head there. PLEASE NOTE: Franchisors, your scheduled Pitch time will not be available on your live stage. See the next question on where to access your pitch session.
I am a Frachisor. Where can I access my pitch session?
The pitch sessions are only available on the Consultant agenda. To access your link for your pitch room, please check your email with the subject IMPORTANT* IFPG Virtual Franchise Summit: Your Access & Pitch Details or the calendar invite. Please arrive 5 minutes early. We will start on time.
How do the pitch sessions work?
Franchisors, you were assigned to one pitch session time. You will enter the room via the link in your email or calendar invite. Once in the session, you will be broken out into one of ten groups. Each group will have 8 or more IFPG Consultants. There will be a six-minute countdown timer, and zoom with automatically and abruptly end your session when the six minutes are up. You will all come back into the middle and I will move you into a new group. You will repeat that 9 more times.
I am a Consultant. Why do I see two different pitch sessions under one time on my agenda?
Two sessions each day are split into 2 groups. Please click on the agenda block that matches the first letter of your last name. It is extremely important to stick to the block you are assigned to keep things even.
What is the Sponsors section?
All companies presenting in the pitch rooms are listed in alphabetical order on the sponsor page. Each section is clickable for IFPG Consultants and will take you directly to their listing page for more info. Virtual Event Attendees, you can not access these listing pages. You will receive an error message.
What is the Exhibitors section?
All of the presenters are listed in this section. If you have additional questions that you did not get answered during the pitch time, please click on contact exhibitor under their name and you can send them a message through the portal. This will remain active for 1 week following the event.
Why are there breaks built into the agenda?
Need to call a candidate? Need to eat? We built breaks in this year so you don't miss out on any of the sessions! PLEASE NOTE: Franchisors, you may have a pitch session that coincides with your pitch session. Please don't miss your pitch session. The Franchisor agenda has two breaks built in for this very reason.
