An IFPG Consultant’s candidate owned an executive recruitment agency for 12 years serving a wide variety of industries from technology to investment banking but he closed it during Covid. He also has owned and managed his own rental properties (a two-family and a condo) for the past 12 years. He understands property management, how to communicate and manage relationships, and also what it takes to run a successful business. He has been exploring franchise opportunities for the past year and, once he learned about Real Property Management, he was quite decisive that this was the right opportunity for him and has been extremely efficient in moving through the Discovery Process.
He likes the scalability of this business, he likes the fact that he doesn’t need to hire staff and is looking forward to opening an office, as opposed to working from home.
