IFPG Member Monster Tree closed 2 deal in South Carolina
including a three territory deal in Charleston.
The first franchisee is currently already a franchisee of a
window cleaning franchisee and has built the business up to where
his GM does most of the day to day activities. He was looking to
create another business and wanted to do something on a larger
scale. The two things that this franchisee loved the most about
Monster Tree was how quickly all the new franchisees cash flowed
and how easy it was for them to find customers. He got to a point
where he said "Zach I'm doing this! I told my wife if you are going
to be a bear you might as well be a grizzly bear!" They connected
him with a one hour 1 on 1 call with the founder and he executed
the franchise agreement and paid the franchisee fee before arriving
at discovery day.
The second franchisee has run the corporate rat race for decades
and with several layoffs due to corporate restructuring. He made
the decision to take charge of his destiny and become a business
owner. He looked at several franchisees and even a resale and
eventually settled on Monster Tree.The franchisee needed a concept
that could get to positive cash flow quick and generate an
attractive first year profit. He started the process a little
skeptical, but after running the numbers and then validating them
with franchisees he was hooked.
He is planning on launching his tree business this fall and
plans to be day to day manager and even helping with the sales
process. he wanted market control which led him to purchasing 3
