"There were quite a few times it seemed this deal would not happen , but with a good financial person and patience we were able to overcome the roadblocks.", said Mike.
The biggest challenge Mike faced was getting adequate funding. The deal was funded through IFPG Member Diamond Financial. "Don Johnson did a great job in obtaining financing for the client. He kept me informed and worked very diligently until funding was obtained."
