As lifelong Arkansas residents, these IFPG Consultant Candidates have been building their life together since they met in junior high school. They have four active children aged 3 to 16 years and can usually be found at sporting venues & art events around the region (or chauffeuring between them).
He grew up as a shovel operator & bucket carrier in a small family construction business before playing college football at the University of Arkansas. He has worked in the food industry for nearly two decades with progressive roles across engineering, supply chain, operations, global sales, & strategic business management. Still an athlete at heart, he is motivated by the difference in results on the "scoreboard" of business that he & his team create. Nowadays, he has transitioned that passion to coaching teams in the office as well as the youth fields & courts of athletic competition.
She received a bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from UAMS in Little Rock and has practiced private general dentistry for over 20 years. The ability to educate patients on their oral health, combined with helping them be confident in their smile, is what drives her love of her work. The flexibility in that role to be able to attend school events & volunteer for the many activities of four children has been a huge blessing for their family.
