Sourdough & Co. is welcoming its newest franchise owner, bringing the brand to Nashville, Tennessee. A lifelong entrepreneur and business leader, he brings nearly two decades of experience in Tennessee's residential construction industry, where he has built businesses, developed strong teams, and created lasting customer relationships. For the past 19 years, he has served as President of Spectrum Renovations and the Founder and President of Titan Home Builders. Throughout his career, he has focused on building efficient systems and creating cultures centered on professionalism, accountability, and customer service.
His experience in his family's small business and later in the restaurant industry also gave him early exposure to the importance of teamwork, operations, and delivering a consistent customer experience. He was drawn to Sourdough & Co. as an opportunity to apply his entrepreneurial experience to a new business while continuing to focus on the principles that have guided his career: strong relationships, customer service, operational excellence, and accountability. His leadership philosophy is simple: "Be easy to do business with," reflecting his belief that trust, clear communication, and delivering on commitments are essential to long-term success.
