An IFPG Consultant's candidate recently took a severance package from Verizon after 17 years, where he progressed from a General Manager to District Manager to Retail Director. He was responsible for retail stores in 4 states and 650 indirect reports with $500M in annual revenue. After a recent medical incident, he has reevaluated his priorities and considered owning/building a business as the best option to give him the freedom to focus on the most important things in life.
He is a veteran, having served in the Idaho Army National Guard for six years. He enjoys DIY projects around the house when not working and he has a heart for veteran and children organizations.
