The newest franchisee brings over 25 years of extensive operational leadership experience in Healthcare and Human Capital Management, having served most recently as the VP of Operations for TELUS Health U.S. practice, overseeing Health & Welfare, Cobra & Billing, and QDRO Management clients.
With a proven track record of consistently reducing operational costs and improving overall performance through innovative organizational and financial enhancements, he has managed operations across multiple states and regions for some of the largest managed care and human capital organizations globally. He is currently in transition between retirement and embarking on a new path as a business owner/ franchisee, eager to apply his high-level strategic and operational expertise to an entrepreneurial venture.
