The franchisees are a motivated group of professionals from Loudoun County, VA, combining engineering expertise, business ownership experience, and a shared passion for entrepreneurship. Three currently work as data center engineers, while one operates a leak detection business, which he plans to transition out of. With backgrounds in the U.S. Navy and a strong appreciation for structure and systems, they were drawn to franchising for its plug-and-play model.
