Adrienne Leigh

Franchise Consultant with 23+ Years of Experience & Former Franchisee

Adrienne Leigh is a veteran franchise consultant, business owner, coach, and industry mentor with more than 23 years of experience helping people evaluate franchise ownership. During that time, she has guided thousands of candidates through the exploration process and helped hundreds become successful franchise owners. Equally important to her is helping candidates recognize when a particular opportunity—or business ownership itself—is not the right fit.

Adrienne holds an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. Her background also includes career coaching and serving as Managing Director of the Adizes Institute, where she led licensing and doctoral programs. This combination of business expertise and human insight has shaped her candidate-centered approach to franchise consulting-one grounded in honest communication, thoughtful due diligence, realistic expectations, and alignment between the candidate and the opportunity.

Adrienne has owned three businesses and has firsthand experience as both a franchisee and a licensee. She and her husband built and later sold a SignWorld business, giving her a practical understanding of franchise ownership from the owner’s perspective as well as the consultant’s.

Throughout her career, Adrienne has been recognized as Rookie of the Year, Broker of the Year, and with multiple awards for record-breaking franchise placements. She created the franchise training program for a business brokerage franchise and has trained and mentored other franchise consultants and brokers. She has also conducted hundreds of seminars on franchising and business ownership and has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, and as a business commentator on CNN.

Adrienne believes ethical franchise consulting requires putting the candidate’s long-term interests ahead of completing a transaction. She brings that commitment, along with decades of experience and a practical understanding of the franchise sales process, to every aspect of her work.
