About Gina

Gina Johnson brings more than 15 years of executive leadership and deep industry experience to her role as Senior Vice President of Business Services at IFPG.

Before IFPG, Gina was Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Business Alliance, Inc. (BAI), where she helped lead the company, develop its business strategy, manage operations, and build lasting relationships with clients and partners. When IFPG acquired BAI, Gina joined the IFPG team as Senior Vice President of Business Services, bringing her entrepreneurial and operational experience.

In her new role, Gina works across the organization to help strengthen IFPG’s business operations, services, partnerships, and overall member experience. She brings a hands-on, business-owner perspective to the role. What makes Gina’s perspective unique is that she understands business from both sides of the table. She has experienced the excitement and challenges of entrepreneurship, the demands of running day-to-day operations, and the importance of having the right people, systems, and relationships in place to support sustainable growth.

Gina is passionate about people, relationships, and helping businesses succeed. She approaches her work with energy, integrity, and a strong commitment to finding practical solutions that make a difference. As part of IFPG, Gina is excited to build on the foundation she created at BAI while helping IFPG continue to grow, innovate, and provide exceptional support and resources to its franchise professionals, franchisors, and partners.
