Heath has over a decade of experience in the franchise industry where he has worn every hat when it comes to training, coaching, educating, and supporting franchise consultants. He also possesses a vast knowledge of brands within the franchise industry and uses this to help consultants expand their view of our brand partners to ensure their candidates are connected to the best franchise brands.

As the Director of Consultant Relations, Heath is a one-stop-shop for any and all questions our consultants have about their business and the tools and resources within our platform.

Before IFPG, Heath spent more than ten years with another franchise consulting company where he helped improve their consultant base over years of training and ongoing support. Through his experience, Heath has gained a passion for helping individuals improve their businesses and make an impact on their clients and their communities. He prides himself on maintaining a wide knowledge of franchise companies, supplier partners, and the latest and greatest technology being used within the industry, so that there is no question he can't answer. Heath also thrives in 1-on-1 coaching with consultants to look for places a process can be improved or a slight adjustment can make all the difference.
