Jon Jones serves as the Director of Franchise Consultant Recruitment at IFPG, joining the team following IFPG’s strategic acquisition of Business Alliance Inc. (BAI). Prior to his current role, Jon was Vice President of Operations at BAI, where he spearheaded consultant recruitment, comprehensive training, and executive coaching services.

With a rich leadership history across top franchise brands, Jon previously served as VP of Training and Operations at NuSpine Chiropractic, Regional Director at The Joint Chiropractic, and National Director of Franchise Development for ActionCOACH. Jon launched his high-impact career as a National Speaker and Trainer for the Tony Robbins Company—a foundational experience that forged his elite communication, leadership, and coaching skill sets.

A former standout student-athlete and offensive lineman for the UNLV Rebels football team, Jon holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
