As Client Success Manager, Kelly Ann Shearer works closely with IFPG’s ElitePlus members and Elite vendors to ensure they get the most out of their membership experience. From personalized support and check-ins to helping members navigate opportunities, Kelly Ann is always ready to assist with a helpful attitude and a focus on building strong relationships.

Kelly Ann also lends her support to our Basic and Franchise Partner members, making sure every level of membership gets the attention it deserves. Whether it’s answering questions, coordinating resources, or helping members feel connected to the IFPG community, Kelly Ann brings a can-do mindset to everything she does.

With a background in membership management in the fitness industry as well as event planning, Kelly Ann combines strong communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people succeed—perfectly aligning with IFPG’s mission to serve with integrity, professionalism, and care.
