About Kevin

Kevin brings nearly four decades of franchising expertise to IFPG.
His journey began at just 14 years old, working for a restaurant franchisee—an experience that sparked a lifelong passion for franchising. That early start led him to become a franchisee himself, successfully owning and operating eight restaurants before selling them and earning his Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation in 2002.

Over the years, Kevin has gained hands-on experience across virtually every aspect of franchising, including consulting, training, and development. In 2010, he joined a team to build a home care franchise from the ground up, where he authored the operations manual, developed marketing materials, designed the franchisee training program, onboarded new owners, and provided ongoing field support. Within two years, the system grew to 40 franchisees. Kevin then returned to ownership, opening his own Dallas, Texas location, which he successfully operated for seven years.

Since 2019, Kevin has dedicated himself to training and supporting Franchise Consultants, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to guide their clients toward achieving their dreams and attaining financial freedom.

"Do the right thing” has been my guiding principle throughout my adult life—both in business and beyond. Whether coaching baseball, volunteering in the community, or setting an example for my children, I’ve always strived to live by that code. What drew me to IFPG is that the organization shares the same commitment. Here, success isn’t defined solely by opening franchises or making money—it’s about doing what’s right for our clients, franchisors, and vendors.
