About Kristina

As Membership Director, Kristina works with prospective franchisors and vendors to introduce them to the IFPG network and determine how IFPG can support their growth goals. She guides prospective members through the membership process, including program options, onboarding, referral agreements and commission structures, while helping ensure they understand what to expect and how to successfully engage with the network.

Kristina brings more than a decade of franchising experience to her role as Membership Director at IFPG, with much of her career spent working directly on the franchisor side of the industry. She began in franchise development with an emerging home care brand, helping grow the system to nearly 100 locations while working directly with prospective franchisees and franchise consultants. She later moved into franchise services, overseeing onboarding, vendor relations and helping guide new franchisees from signing through training, business setup, and opening their doors.

Having spent years on the franchisor side of the table, Kristina understands firsthand the challenges of growing a franchise system. She brings that perspective to IFPG by helping members navigate the network, build meaningful relationships, and maximize the value of their membership.

What I love about my role at IFPG is that I understand what it feels like to be on the other side of the conversation. I spent years with an emerging franchisor where every new franchisee mattered, and I experienced firsthand how valuable the right consultant relationships can be.

My very first franchise sale actually came from an IFPG consultant back in 2015. I never imagined that years later I would be working within the network helping franchisors build those same relationships.

I’m honored to be part of an organization that has such a strong reputation within the franchise community. Franchising has always been a relationship-driven business for me, and I love that I can bring my experience full circle—helping connect great franchisors, consultants, and suppliers in ways that create meaningful growth for everyone.
