Lisa Linkowsky founded Milestone Franchising in 2020 after building her own path through franchise ownership as one of the first franchisees for BirthdayPak and became a multi-unit operator. That firsthand experience, having actually run the business rather than just studied it, shapes how she works with every candidate she guides today.
A third-generation business owner, Lisa brings a candidate-first philosophy to franchise consulting: she is as willing to tell someone a concept isn't right for them as she is to make an introduction.
Lisa is an active voice in the franchise industry beyond her advisory work. She has served as an IFPG Impact Presenter for the past two years and appeared twice as a panelist, and she is a regular contributor to FranchiseWire, where she has published more than 40 articles on franchise ownership and the consulting process.
Lisa lives in Hamilton, New Jersey, with her husband, their pets, and a house that just got a lot quieter now that their daughter is grown and their son recently left for college. She is also a Board Member for One Simple Wish.
