Mark Pasma

Mark Pasma is a veteran Franchise Consultant who brings more than 35 years of experience in franchising, including 23 as a Franchise Consultant.

Mark quickly learned the benefits of franchise ownership with his first job in franchising as an executive with ServiceMaster in 1988. In 1993, he started investing in franchises, including a staffing concept, retail coffee and smoothie brands, as well as multiple gym franchises.

Mark started consulting in 2001 and earned a reputation for honesty and integrity. Because he has walked in the shoes of both the franchise and franchisor, he offers candidates a unique perspective.

He has changed hundreds of lives for the better through franchise ownership, including many who have gone on to build multi-unit empires and others who hold executive leadership positions at major franchise brands.

Mark is a father and grandfather and attributes his success in life and business to franchising. He became a member of IFPG in 2018 and has encouraged his daughter Holly to join his business. Now the father-and-daughter team help aspiring business owners determine if franchising is a good fit for their lifestyles, interests, and financial situations.
