Ralph Yarusso brings an impressive background to IFPG. With almost 40 years of franchising experience, he has held executive-level roles with multiple brands and industries and was a multi-unit franchise owner. The United States Air Force Veteran is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) and a Certified Franchise Consultant (CFC).
Ralph has worked on every side of the business, including as Chief Operating Officer at Mayweather Boxing and Fitness and leading Development and Operations for Grease Monkey International and SpeeDee Oil Change. He has held senior leadership positions at Full Speed Automotive and Meineke Car Care Centers. He started his career in franchising in 1985 as a multi-unit owner of Meineke Car Care Centers, growing his business from one unit to 15 and receiving recognition as a franchisee of the year by the International Franchise Association (IFA).
Ralph is passionate about helping others succeed in franchising and has always been happy to lend a hand to mentor others. He has held various roles with the IFA, including Franchisee Advisory Council (FAC) Chairman and president of the Franchise Dealer Association. He currently serves as Chairman of the VetFran committee for the IFA.
