Tim Rutti is a franchise consultant who brings a rare blend of entrepreneurial experience, strategic thinking, and hands-on operational insight to the candidates he serves. As President of FranXpert, Tim has built a reputation as a clear-headed advisor rather than a salesperson—helping people navigate the franchise world with structure, transparency, and practical guidance.

Before entering franchise consulting, Tim built and sold his own business and later became a partner at a marketing agency, giving him firsthand understanding of what it truly takes to grow and exit a company. His earlier career included leadership roles in healthcare—spanning pharmaceuticals, biotech, specialty pharmacy, and medical equipment—where he developed expertise in marketing, sales strategy, operations, and team leadership.

Today, Tim leverages that diverse background to help aspiring franchise owners make confident, informed decisions. His approach emphasizes education, due diligence, and alignment between each candidate’s goals, lifestyle, and long-term vision. He believes franchising works best when paired with the right guidance—and he’s committed to being that guide.

Outside of work, Tim is a husband, father, and avid outdoorsman. He’s also a drummer in a local cover band. Tim resides in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he enjoys the balance of community, creativity, and time in the outdoors.
