don't build anything, cook anything, refrigerate anything, or
maintain valuable inventory. There is no cash changing hands -
customer payments and recurring memberships are processed through
credit cards on file, making revenue and salon performance easy for
an owner to monitor remotely.
With streamlined operating hours, manageable staffing, and a salon
manager handling day-to-day operations, the model can be highly
scalable for multi-unit ownership. We have franchise ownership
groups operating as many as 11 locations with district-level
management overseeing the salons. An owner can choose to be
actively involved, stop in periodically while a manager runs the
business, or build a multi-unit structure with management in place.
