Senior Retreat Franchise Cost and Requirements for 2024

Background

We are a group of licensed family care homes servicing the Senior Industry. Our communities are often described as a cross between an Assisted Living & Memory Care Center. However, unlike larger Retirement Communities, our homes are smaller in nature (6-12 residents) and often times are located in a residential ranch home in beautiful neighborhoods. Our Caregivers (employees) do all the cooking, cleaning, laundry, med disbursement, personal care etc for all of the Seniors (residents) residing in our homes.

Our model works well for franchisee's since it builds equity in three ways: 1) Monthly Operational Profit
2) Paying down Asset Debt (Home Mortgage) quickly
3) Appreciation of the Asset

The Senior Industry is one of the fastest growing, hot industries in the world and will continue to grow based on the Silver Tsunami approaching.

In addition to the profit (both monthly and asset value growth), this business truly helps Seniors, and their extended family, solve Senior Care options.

Buying a Franchise Guide: What is a Franchise Disclosure Document?

When evaluating a franchise opportunity, reading and understanding the current version of their FDD is a necessity. Considering the benefits of franchising, such as established brand recognition and support from the franchisor, it's important to also take into account franchise fees and franchising royalty fees. Since most franchisors are privately owned companies, the current versions of their FDDs are typically not available unless requested directly from them.
