Spartan franchisees complete a
structured, multi-phase training program that blends classroom
learning, hands-on field experience, and ongoing virtual
education.
Phase 1: Pre-Launch Onboarding
Franchisees start with online
modules through Spartan
University 101, covering everything from business setup,
insurance, and licensing to CRM navigation and brand standards.
Phase 2: On-Site Training - Denver,
Colorado
Duration: Minimum two weeks (with extended
options available).

operations and installation experts to master:
