Assistance starts the day a new franchise agreement is authorized. There is an extensive Intro/Start Up guide provided immediately. This covers several areas of business start up, such as business formation, business licensing, contractor licensing prep and testing, vehicle acquisition, and much more.

?Following this, new owners attend a two week in person training at our Bristol, VA headquarters. This includes introduction to book keeping, general management of the business, office procedures, individual team member duties, proprietary estimating and tracking software, and hands on time with a current operator, learning the entire work flow and office management processes. Owners, office managers, and general managers are encouraged to attend these sessions.

Once the Bristol training is complete, and the new owner is ready for their official "Grand Opening", our management team will travel to the new location and spend an additional week with the new owner, the office manager, and other onsite staff members. Our team will assist with general office set up, grand opening events, and initial work estimates/job reviews.

We distinguish ourselves by offering State specific general contractor license test preparation and testing assistance, as well as all Honey Do Service owners are EPA Lead Paint Renovation certified.

Support is ongoing and expected for the life of the franchise owner's business.
