Tin Drum Asian Kitchen

Tin Drum Asian Kitchen was created as a tribute to the vibrant, fast-paced energy of the streets of Hong Kong. Since 2003, we have been bringing people from all walks of life together to share in hand-crafted Asian cuisine in a less ordinary dining environment. With passion poured into every dish, we've curated an adventurous menu of "Asia's greatest hits" that please every palate. We truly set the standard when it comes to fresh-to-order pan-Asian dining, delivering high flavor for the people.

Tin Drum Asian Kitchen Franchise Cost and Requirements for 2024

Background

Fresh, Customized, High-Flavor Options: Our entire menu is prepared fresh-to-order, with the ability to customize ingredients and spice levels for each individual's taste preference. As a healthy alternative to other fast-casual restaurants, Tin Drum appeals to the increased consumer interest in living healthier lives while also offering the convenience they desire to fit their on-the-go lifestyle.

Fun, Unique Dining Environment: With a restaurant design influenced by the unlikely pairing of the vibrant, upbeat sidewalk eateries in Hong Kong AND a rock album cover, our locations are raw, real, and rockin', to say the least. We get all the senses firing - not just taste. Some locations also include a small set of retail product offerings featuring a variety of eccentric items from around the world. Diners experience the energetic hustle and bustle they would feel from Asian curbside caf?s without having to leave their town.

A Unique Blend of Asia's Finest Flavors: Unlike other fast-casual Asian restaurants that offer specialties from only one country, Tin Drum's eclectic menu draws on flavors and dishes served in all parts of the continent, serving, as we like to call it, "Asia's greatest hits." From Tikka masala curry, Spicy Miso Chicken Ramen to Tri-Cooked Firecracker Wings, Cantonese Chili Long Beans, and even our newest addition of Boba teas, we are the one-stop-shop for everyone's Asian favorites - and some they may have never heard of (yet)!

Authentic Cuisine Respecting Ethnic Heritage and Indigenous Traditions: Tin Drum is the real deal when it comes to serving true pan-Asian cuisine. Our Founder understands that American consumers, especially in the millennial demographic, are seeking out true international flavors that have not been modified. We have recently revamped our menu under the direction of Silvia Chan, Steven's wife, a native of Thailand who has taken inspiration from Steven's family recipes. By maintaining the integrity of the traditional dishes, we have cultivated a solid customer base of Tin Drum fans who have never experienced dishes like this before!

Upmarket Experience at an Affordable Price: Everything we do at Tin Drum goes back to the original foundation based on the story of the Tin Drummer. We believe that everyone should be able to enjoy delicious food in a fun, comfortable environment, at a price they can afford. When people eat a meal at Tin Drum, they get a high-quality experience without the high-quality price.
