VELLA HAUS is a luxury home staging franchise built on a simple idea: every vacant property is a blank canvas, and with the right design eye, it becomes a livable work of art that sells faster and for more money.

Founder Alexa Centeno got her start staging her own home in Boca Raton, Florida - styled so well a prospective buyer wanted to purchase the furniture, too - then tested the market back in Massachusetts, where the brand is now headquartered in Needham and has grown into a recognized name in luxury staging serving discerning clients across hundreds of towns and cities.

You don't need a design degree to build a Vella Haus business - Alexa doesn't have one either. What you need is drive, a willingness to build relationships with realtors and builders, and the ability to follow a proven playbook. Vella Haus was built for exactly that kind of owner: home-based, no retail storefront required, and structured to run semi-absentee, with a designated operator handling day-to-day execution while you focus on sales, relationships, and growing your territory.

Every VELLA HAUS franchisee gets a fully built-out system: an attorney-audited FDD, hands-on training at our Needham, MA showroom (available virtually as well), a proven sales and design process from first consultation to final photos, and ongoing marketing support. Founding territory pricing is currently open for our first group of franchisees, alongside a discount for active-duty military and veterans.

Vella Haus provides an Initial Training Program totaling 42 hours of classroom training + 16 hours of on-the-job training, delivered at the VELLA HAUS Showroom in Needham, MA (in person or virtually) and, for the on-the-job portions, at the franchisee's home base.

Curriculum covers: company welcome/history/mission, the franchisor relationship, pre-opening procedures and initial inventory purchasing, grand opening/launch, staffing & HR best practices, service offerings, ideal client profile, sales resources/software, the consultation and sales process, design/sourcing process, scheduling staging jobs, the full staging and de-staging process (the bulk of the on-the-job hours), client service, admin tasks, inventory/warehouse setup, operational/franchise reporting, marketing/advertising/relationship-building, and social media creation and onboarding.

Additional on-site training in the franchisee's territory is available on request (or if required by Vella Haus), billed to the franchisee at $250/day per trainee plus travel and lodging for the Vella Haus representative. Training format (in-person, virtual/Zoom, or hybrid) may vary at Vella Haus's discretion.
