The IFPG Consultant’s Candidate is an accomplished leader in the Navy, with two decades of proven career history building small and large teams that achieve coherent, operational goals. He has an established background in leading an organization's strategy to solve problems and deliver optimal results. He currently serves as a Naval Aviator and Head of an Aviation Technical Training Department for the U.S. Navy in San Diego, CA.
His wife served as a Surface Warfare Officer from May 2011 until October 2016. As the Engineering Division Leader, she coordinated, tracked, and reported the daily workload, schedules, and personnel issues while overseeing compliance with departmental programs. She currently leads fitness classes and performs health consultations for a nationally recognized fitness facility in San Diego, CA.
Together they will be moving their family across the country to run their Smash My Trash franchise. With their complementary skills including, leadership, strategy, and operations they have all the tools necessary to make their franchise a success. We look forward to what the future holds for them.
