Most recently, he served as a Chief Operating Officer overseeing highly regulated, uptime-critical operations. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for disciplined financial management, strategic capital allocation, operational performance, and risk management, leading organizations where reliability and accountability were essential.
While his professional experience was built in the corporate world, his foundation was established much earlier on his family's farm in Indiana. There, he learned firsthand the value of hard work, stewardship, and maintaining assets for the long term. Rather than pursue another executive role, he chose to invest his own capital, time, and energy into building a lasting business with Joshua Tree Experts.
As a hands-on owner-operator, he is focused on creating a strong culture, delivering exceptional service, and growing thoughtfully throughout the Columbus market. He and his wife call Central Ohio home, where they enjoy spending time with their two daughters, their first granddaughter, and their beloved Labrador.
