An IFPG Consultant introduced his team of candidates to Mighty Dog Roofing and the rest was history!
One has an extensive management and sales background in the tech field. He will be the lead running the business. Most recently, he served as CEO of Oobeo, which is a subscription-based, valet software that automates valet operations by eliminating paper, for the customers, and doing everything right from a mobile device.
The other has a background in finance and wealth management. He is a co-founder of The Luxor Wealth Management Group and a seasoned advisor with over 20 years of industry experience.
They're ideal candidates with zero experience in the roofing or the construction industry but have outgoing personalities, sales management experience & an empire builder mindset.
The franchisor experience and empire-building mindset were huge factors that played into this group’s decision. They love the scalability of the model along with the comprehensive marketing program Mighty Dog puts together for franchise owners and all the tech tools at their disposal. They saw that Mighty Dog Roofing was simply doing more for their franchise owners and are full speed ahead to ramp up in the Sarasota, FL marketplace.
