Training: AGL Training is a 4 phase process.
- Phase 1 is On Boarding, setting up the business, and creating
the foundation for success.
- Phase 2 is Operational Learning, conducted over a three week
period either in the company's new Training Center in Freehold, NJ,
or virtually via interactive webinar.
- Phase 3 is Grand Opening and Module Training, practicing with
either simulated accounts, or actual new accounts, to work through
a complete customer engagement. Plus, the owner starts preselling
the market, with our support.
- Phase 4 is On Going Business Support, working weekly with each
new owner to focus on the top KPIs of business success UNTIL THEY
HIT BREAK EVEN! After that point, we continue to coach and guide
for best practices and results.
The training program is supported by a comprehensive training
manuals in an electronic format. Regularly scheduled "best
practices" calls are conducted throughout the year.
