Training:
We go through and extensive online and Onsite training with
the Franchise owners and Employees to have them certified and
master our protocols we have in place for the franchise

Length of Training: 2-4 weeks
Training Description:
The Franchisee DOES NOT have to be experienced in preventative
recovery or injury prevention.
We require certified or licensed athletic trainers to be
trained in the Elixir Protocols for recovery through our program
and be able to administer the therapies correctly for you.
We will certify the owners and managers of the facility so
they can administer therapy safely and to our standards.
We have an online training program that everyone in the
company will go through (about an hour)
Then we will do hands-on training with the facility's
equipment training with the equipment at the facility for the
staff.
We go over at this time the operations manual either online
via zoom call or in person with the owner and manager
All Elixir Protocols need to be followed and administered as
directed.
We will provide ongoing training as needed and offer monthly
online webinars for the staff.
Operational and Marketing Tools:
We have a complete operational manual and a google drive of
all the Elixir marketing tools.
Our Elixir staff is here for you to help answer any question
and guide you in the direction of marketing your Elixir facility.
You have many options within a territory to gain memberships
through youth athletics. We have a system to help guide you and
your team to acquire full team memberships and individual location
memberships.
Elixir recommends hiring a whole or part-time sales associate
for your location to help with membership retention and
relationship with many of the sports teams in your territory.
Elixir will do Bi-Weekly calls with your management staff to
go over marketing strategies and materials.
Elixir will require you to work with our marketing
organization to help with pre-sales and sales, with the option to
have them help you close on memberships.
