Garage Living Franchise Cost and Requirements for 2026

Background

Garage Living is a premium home improvement franchise built around something homeowners want more of - organization, pride, and control in their home. As a franchisee, you're not just selling garage renovations - you're delivering a transformation that people feel every single day. You're turning an overlooked space into a clean, finished, high-end extension of their home and lifestyle.

And from a business perspective, this is where it gets exciting. Garage Living offers generous territory sizes that give you real runway-room to grow, expand, and build a serious business over the long term, not something that tops out too early.

Even more important, we're uniquely positioned at the high end of the market. That premium positioning attracts better clients, supports stronger project values, and has helped Garage Living become a recognized leader in the industry. You're not competing on price - you're competing on quality, design, and experience.

With a proven system and strong support behind you, this is an opportunity to build a premium brand in your market, create long-term wealth, and build the lifestyle you want at the same time.

An additional 30 hours of field support training is included in the franchisee's market during the intnial stages of operations.

Special Instructions/Notes: We do not have a set training schedule but prefer to have more than one franchisee in a training class. Where can I see Garage Living's FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document)?

Buying a Franchise Guide: What is a Franchise Disclosure Document?

When evaluating a franchise opportunity, reading and understanding the current version of their FDD is a necessity. Considering the benefits of franchising, such as established brand recognition and support from the franchisor, it's important to also take into account franchise fees and franchising royalty fees. Since most franchisors are privately owned companies, the current versions of their FDDs are typically not available unless requested directly from them.
