Training: Two Week Training at our Corporate Headquarters in Richmond, VA

  • Franchise Success Manager guides the new franchisee from signing through training. They will connect on weekly (or more!) calls to work through a comprehensive checklist detailing all necessary tasks, provide introductions to key partners, access resources, and get the new business launched.
  • Field Training - We partner with local owners to allow new frachisees in training to experience live installation(s) & a nighttime demonstration.
  • Brand leaders and coaches will spend hours with new owners to teach the details of design, products, sales, national accounts, and more.
  • Training in Richmond also includes time with the IT and marketing teams.

Once you're up and running, the training does not stop there. On an ongoing basis OLP franchise partners benefit from structured field visits from OLP's corporate support team, phone support five days a week, and both an online performance center for best practices information and marketing gateway for marketing materials. Ongoing training includes but is not limited to:
