TRAINING:
Our operator training consists of two parts: (i) the guided
self-study portion, through our online program and operations
manual, and (ii) a 3-day, in-person portion, conducted by our
leadership team at our home base in Kansas City.
For the first shop in every new market, our leadership team will
also travel to your shop and assist with initial staff training.
Our Director of Grooming operations and/or certified trainers will
lead stylist/barber training. The rest of our team will lead
culture and lounge training.
From there, every stylist and barber, regardless of location, goes
through our industry-leading training and onboarding program.
