Training: Store operation training: Prior to opening, the franchisee travels to Dallas Texas for four days of training in the operation of the store. This training is conducted at our Southlake, TX store location so they get to see a going business and interaction with actual customers. The training covers the gun cleaning process, point of sale, selling, customer service procedures, and other general store systems.
