History
Founders David and Stephen Savitsky have been providing "around the clock" healthcare staffing solutions for nearly 40 years, going all the way back to a small staffing company they opened in Queens, New York. They started the business because they saw a need for quality connections between everyone involved in the healthcare field, from providers to patients. With that need in mind, and the desire to provide real solutions, they built a company that's become a true leader in healthcare staffing and healthcare franchising.

Training

  • Pre-training and remote training cover healthcare industry background, administrative, marketing tools and local market information.
  • Full classroom training at our corporate HQ in Lake Success, NY, just miles from NYC, shows you and your staff how to fully run your business.
  • On-site training helps you master your local market including setting up a 90-day action plan for you to follow.
  • A dedicated support professional will be assigned to you to answer any questions you might have and provide ongoing assistance.
  • A wealth of webinars and other training materials are available for you to utilize throughout the training process and beyond.

On-Going Support

  • We handle all payroll for your healthcare associates as well as billing, invoicing, and collections.
  • Your healthcare associates are eligible for health and dental benefits through ATC Healthcare corporation.
  • We float payments to your healthcare associates, so you don't have to wait on long billing and collections processes.
  • Your initial costs and expenses are greatly reduced, as are your risks regarding workers' compensation and insurance.
