In the franchise model, the franchisee will usually start from a
small temporary office suite and will operate within an exclusive
geographical territory, depending on their industry segment or
specific expertise). Their job will essentially be as an
independent recruiter and services provider for the following
- Industrial Staffing
- I.T. Staffing
- H.R. Services (may be a service offered by the franchisee)
Top organizations in all industries are constantly looking for
talented, experienced and credible individuals to fill gaps in
their business from part time labor to outsourced H.R. These
organizations may be nonprofits, charitable organizations, private
companies or public companies.
Although some companies handle the recruiting process internally,
more and more organizations rely on the professional services of an
outsourced recruitment firm. These companies usually have extensive
networking connections and are familiar with the particular field.
They usually interview candidates before presenting them to clients
to ensure the right fit for the client and the candidate.
Typically, I.T. and H.R. could be conducted out of a franchisee's
home but in the case of Industrial Staffing, a franchisee/recruiter
would need to interview the candidate face-to-face, thus requiring
a physical office.
