In-House Training

Soon after we award your client with a SuperCoups franchise, they will spend 5 non-consecutive days at our corporate headquarters in Norwell, Massachusetts.? They will spend their time meeting and training with our superb team of experts.?? Once they leave the facility to embark on their new career, they'll have a plan for success.? But their training doesn't end there.


Field Training

After their In-House Training, one of our representatives will spend 3 days at the franchisee's location.? During Field Training time, our representative will assist them in the areas of sales strategies, territory management, financial modeling and various other aspects of their business operation. When our representative leaves, they give the franchisee a plan of action that details areas of improvement.
