Training: The Trova Home Care training course runs for four days. On the first day, we present an overview of the home care industry, followed by a discussion on setting up the home care business which includes all operational aspects of opening a business. We then discuss the menu of home care services that we provide. We conclude the day with a lengthy discussion on the sales and delivery process. On the second day, the main topic is the home care assistant. This includes the hiring and training of the assistant. We also discuss the paper chase involved in hiring. We end the day discussing customer service and how it relates to the home care industry. The third day is entirely spent on the point of sale software system and the operational aspects of the business. The final day is spent discussing business administration and marketing. All franchisees receive a Training Manual, an Operations Manual, a Policy and Procedures Manual and a point of sale software manual.
