Pre-Training:
The Win Online introductory course begins in your home, as you familiarize yourself with inspection technology, building systems and home construction methods. ?This 40 hour online course cost $600 and can be started before signing a franchise agreement

Training
Our two-week interactive program is held at the WIN training facility in Franklin, TN. WIN is approved for pre-license training in many licensing states. Contact Franchise Development or visit our WIN Home Inspection website for specifics.

Technical Inspection Training
You will undergo extensive classroom training, and experiencing real-life situations in the field. You will be able to perform inspection services for a new or existing home, condominium, manufactured or multi-unit housing upon completion. WIN training also provides a foundation to expand into additional revenue sources, such as radon screening, water quality analysis, septic and well system evaluations, and swimming pool/hot tub inspections.

Technology training
WIN technology experts teach you how to efficiently operate the tablet computer system and our proprietary 'WINspect' home inspection reporting software. Also, WIN will train you on using advanced inspection technologies that help you screen for carbon monoxide and moisture penetration as part of the inspection service.

Marketing and Customer Service Training
WIN will detail step-by-step instructions on how to utilize the WIN marketing and advertising programs to best suit your needs, identify potential customers, target them in local market and understand the market forces that will help business growth.

Business Operations and Management Training
The professional staff at WIN provides thorough instruction in accounting methods, inspection agreements, business procedures and risk management essential for operating a successful business.

Post-Training Support
With the guidance of the WIN support team, you will put to work all the skills learned to get your business started quickly. The experts at WIN also assist in keeping skills and business knowledge current with weekly technical updates and ongoing business consultant support.

The cost for training is included in the Franchise License fee for WIN training. * * State specific training required to obtain inspector license is paid for by the franchisee. **

We offer a $1000 rebate to the franchisee after they complete training to offset their travel, lodging, and meal expenses.

We mentor new franchisees with our 90-day "Go Plan" which includes weekly support calls from the home office. Continued support and training are provided throughout the 10-year franchise agreement.
