Azgari Franchise Cost and Requirements for 2026

Background

Azgari is a business opportunity - not a franchise - that helps high-income professionals, executives, and investors launch and own a real service-based business without quitting their job. Our team handles the entire launch end to end: business model selection, entity formation, certifications, hiring, systems, marketing, and ongoing operational oversight. The client owns the business outright. No franchise fees. No royalties. No perpetual contracts. Azgari is the ideal next path for the candidate who is serious about ownership, financially qualified, and ready to act - but not the right structural fit for a traditional franchise.

They want a sellable business asset without quitting their W-2, managing day-to-day operations, or paying royalties for the next decade. Our service-business model, including a strong vertical in government-contracting service companies, gives them ownership that complements rather than replaces their existing income. We are BBB A+ accredited with 21+ verified Trustpilot reviews. Our founder is a SCORE-certified business mentor who has built, operated, and sold multiple seven-figure service companies.

Investment packages range from $60,000 to $100,000 across "Start a Business" and "Buy a Business" tiers. Every tier includes eight months of intensive weekly live training plus ongoing operational support from our launch team. IFPG consultants earn a 50% commission per closed referral - $10,000 to $50,000 per deal. For the qualified candidate who walks away from a franchise but still wants to own something real, Azgari is the elegant next step. The candidate closes. You preserve the relationship. The deal still gets done.

Training:
Azgari Training Is Continuous, Phased, and Lifecycle-Matched - Not a Bootcamp.

Most franchises front-load training into 1-2 weeks at headquarters and then hand the operator a manual. Azgari's approach is the opposite: training is structured around the natural phases of business growth (Launch ? Scale ? Growth ? Expansion ? Exit), and the coaching support shifts as the client's needs shift. Just like school, clients move through stages - and each stage introduces them to specialists who are experts in that phase of business building.

Live 1:1 Video Coaching - 5 Years, Tapered Cadence

Days 1-90 (Launch): 1-hour video calls, 3 days per week with dedicated launch coach
Days 91-180 (Early Operations): 1-hour video calls, 1 day per week
Months 7-12 (Stabilization): 1-hour video calls, 1 per month
Year 2-5 (Scale / Growth / Expansion / Exit): 1-hour video calls, 1 per quarter, with phase-appropriate specialists

Weekly Peer Coaching - Year 1 through Year 5

1-hour weekly group coaching call with a cohort of other Azgari clients. Clients learn from each other's wins, share playbooks, and build relationships with peers running businesses at various stages. Continuous from week 1 through year 5.

Always-On Support Channels

Live chat support, 7 days per week - direct access to Azgari's team for operational questions as they come up in the field
On-demand digital training portal - course modules covering every operational area, updated continuously as the business evolves and as new best practices emerge in each service category
Stage-specific specialist introductions - as clients graduate from one phase to the next, they're introduced to subject-matter experts in the next phase (e.g., hiring specialists when it's time to build a team, scaling specialists when it's time to expand territory)

Special Instructions/Notes: Overcoming Objections

"Is this actually a franchise? What's the catch?" Azgari is explicitly not a franchise. Your candidate owns 100% of their brand, there's no license agreement, no royalties, and no ongoing franchisor relationship. The upfront engagement fee pays for the launch stack - business model selection, entity setup, financing guidance, operations playbooks, marketing, coaching - and then the candidate owns everything from that point forward. The tradeoff they're accepting is that they don't get a national brand name - they build their own.

"Without a national brand, how will they compete?" Home services is a local trust business, not a national brand business. Customers hire pressure washers and lawn care companies based on Google reviews, referrals, and quality of local service - not the logo on the truck. In this category, the national franchise brand is a smaller advantage than it would be in fast food or fitness. Many of the highest-earning operators in these categories are independents, not franchisees.

"My candidate wants a proven system." Azgari provides a proven system. The business model, SOPs, marketing playbooks, hiring templates, and vendor network are all battle-tested. What we don't provide is a franchise trademark. If a candidate specifically wants brand recognition, they should buy a franchise. If they want a proven system without the royalty structure, Azgari is the fit.

"Why would I refer to you instead of selling them a franchise?" You refer candidates who weren't going to close inside your franchise inventory anyway - SBA declines, post-discovery disqualifications, anti-royalty buyers, resale fallbacks. You monetize relationships that would otherwise walk. Commission rates are structured to match or exceed what you'd earn on a franchise deal at comparable deal sizes.

"What if the candidate fails?" Same risk as any independent business or franchise. We mitigate through rigorous pre-launch qualification, active coaching during the first 5 years, and realistic expectation setting during discovery (we decline candidates who aren't a fit). But no one - Azgari or any franchisor - can guarantee outcomes. Candidates who can't accept ownership-level risk should probably not be launching any business, franchise or otherwise.

"Candidate wants to see unit-level earnings." Azgari doesn't issue an Item 19 because we're not a franchise. We can share public industry data on home services market dynamics, but we don't make earnings claims about specific client businesses. If a candidate needs documented earnings representations before they'll engage, they should look at franchise concepts with Item 19s. If they're comfortable evaluating the opportunity based on industry fundamentals and their own market research, Azgari is a fit.

Where can I see Azgari's FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document)?

Buying a Franchise Guide: What is a Franchise Disclosure Document?

When evaluating a franchise opportunity, reading and understanding the current version of their FDD is a necessity. Considering the benefits of franchising, such as established brand recognition and support from the franchisor, it's important to also take into account franchise fees and franchising royalty fees. Since most franchisors are privately owned companies, the current versions of their FDDs are typically not available unless requested directly from them.
