Color Glo International is the World Leader in restoration and repair of leather, vinyl, velour, cloth and hard plastics commonly found in the markets of Automotive, Aircraft, Marine and Furniture. Formally incorporated in 1975 Color Glo began franchising in 1982. Today in hundreds of markets throughout world. We initially began our franchising in the United States and have since then expanded into Canada and 50 countries worldwide.

Our focus is restoring and repairing common defects such as worn and faded interior components such as leather upholstery, headliners, burns and broken plastic or composite molding. These problems are found in the interior of every automobile, RV, truck sports vehicle, plane or boat in use today.

In the last 46 plus years, Color Glo has grown from an idea to an International operation that encompasses the globe. The corporate headquarters are located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Over the years, Color Glo has been recognized repeatedly by National and International publications for the excellent products, value, and quality of the services that they offer.

Color Glo is also proud to have received patents in this industry including a process patent for using the Color Glo process and products in aircraft.

In 2006, Color Glo became the first and only ISO Certified Company in the industry.

Initial Training

Color Glo offers a comprehensive intial training program at our first class facility in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.  The initial traininng is not only hands on but also includes theory and in-the-field experience to help you prepare for your own Color Glo business when you graduate from our program.  Additionally, we provide a weeks training for you at your location of business for continued support and to help insure your success!

Field Support 

Our support team cosist of over 100 years combined experience! How amazing is that!? Not only do we offer one on one support when needed, but we continue to support and mentor you throughout your Color Glo journey whether it is via phone, chat app, video or in person; you can count on us! 

Annual Seminars and Regional Get-togethers

What does a Color Glo International Franchise Cost?

Color Glo International franchise fees for 2024:

Initial Franchise Fee: $40,000
Start-Up Fee: $21,500 + shipping costs
Travel and Living Expenses While Training: $500 - $2,500
Business Premises and Vehicle: The franchisee does not need to purchase or lease business premises or vehicles in connection with the Color-Glo business. Rather, the franchisee should be able to utilize their existing residence or garage for storage and their existing motor vehicle for transportation.
Equipment and Supplies: $200 - $300
Working Capital: $500 - $1,500
Additional Funds, 3 months: $500 - $1,500
Estimated Total: $63,000-$68,375
Maintenance: 4% of gross sales or $300.00 per month, whichever is greater.
