Dorm Doctors launched in 2020 as a collegiate concierge service
in the Miami market. No other business model in the nation offers a
comprehensive approach to helping college students and their
parents navigate the transition to campus life and beyond. Winter,
Summer, Spring, and Fall, Dorm Doctors does it all; providing
laundry, housekeeping, and moving and storage services to Division
I and II colleges and universities, for students living on and off
campus, residential communities, and commercial business in the
surrounding areas.
According to the NCAA registry, there are 352 Division 1 and 312
Division II colleges/universities in the U.S. While our immediate
service is a benefit to the student, we market to parents of
college students. A parent with a child(ren) in college is
concerned with the preparedness, safety, and cleanliness of their
student's environment.
Our motto is fresh, clean and on a schedule. If you're familiar
with the expression "first come first served," then you'll
understand what it's like to be the only one of your kind. There is
no other comprehensive service like Dorm Doctors. Working in unison
with the academic calendar, knowing our high and low seasons, this
is the perfect system that gives you a variety of experiences in
your workday. We offer 3 services (laundry, housekeeping, and
moving & storage) to two markets (B2C and B2B), and the
possibilities are endless. The services we offered paired with the
demographic of customers we cater to cannot be found in any other
available opportunity.
