Training:
initial training will be held at our offices and location in
Hamilton, New Jersey. They reserve the right to vary the length and
content of the initial training program based on the experience and
skill level of any individual attending the initial training.
The instructional materials consist of a review of the Brand
Standards Manual and other materials, lectures, discussions, and
on-the-job demonstration and practice on such subjects as
operations, Human Resources, staff scheduling, advertising and
promotion, and buildout checklist. Hours of classroom training are
estimated at thirty hours and on-the=job training is estimated at
fifteen hours.
Training classes will be led or supervised by Ms. Cathy Neilley
who has ten years of experience in the laundromat industry, is a
subject-matter expert and lecturer, and carries a background in
marketing, management, and small business management.
There is no fee for the two selected franchisee team members to
attend, but one must be the franchisee manager who must
satisfactorily complete the program.
