work at traditional employers, not drive rideshare or deliver

Merging the gig economy with the staffing industry means using
technology in a way that no one else has. Our proprietary app gives
employers access to a pool of hundreds of screened GigWorkers in
their area, who are committed to the flexible work options that
GigWorx provides. Concurrently, GigWorkers have access to jobs in
their area that our Clients post and they can view the details of
the job and accept it in the palm of their hands on their mobile
devices. Our tech forward approach is supported by real-life human
beings in every local market and around the clock support at the
GigWorx Home Office in southwest Montana.
Founded on Main Street in downtown Bozeman, MT, the seed for the
concept that has grown into what GigWorx is today, came from
necessity out of the brain of our Founder, Matt Alvarez. Matt grew
up in and around the staffing industry via his family's traditional
staffing company in the Midwest. Even though he forged his own path
that led him to managing variable workforces in the construction
industry, he knew that there had to be a better way to manage a
workforce like he was, with technology at the heart of it, giving
the control to both employer and employee.
