Steve and I (Dylan) started the company while we were in college. With zero money or experience to our names we grew our side hustle in to a full scale operation. Having done every job and made every mistake in the book, we know what works and does not work. We developed a system that allowed us to scale quickly and focus on the most profitable aspects of the industry. This lets us and our franchisees to work ON the business not IN the business.

Being an emerging business and franchise we are use to competing with larger competition. However, our position of being a fun yet professional brand has allowed us to dominate in our local market against all of the biggest players in our industries. Our creative approach to content/social marketing coupled with traditional streams has exploded our business and perpetuated our growth.

Our training includes 40 hours of training at our headquarters in West Chester Pennsylvania. We also provide weekly calls and ongoing support to all of our franchisees. The franchisees have an open line of contact with our founders and owners, Steve and Dylan.


CALL CENTER

We have a fully staffed, in house call center here at our headquarters.  Our trained representatives will use our software to take information from inbound calls. They also are trained to follow up to estiamtes and online leads. Weekly they are trained on sales techniques to improve our close rate and improve accuracy of estimates. Currently we are open 12 hours a day but will move to 24/7 as our operation grows.
