Training:
Pre-Opening training consists of three phases lasting a total of 112 hours: 27 hours in the classroom and 85 hours of on the job training. The three-phase initial training program must be completed approximately 1 week prior to the opening of the Franchise Owner's Location(s). Third phase of training is completed at the franchisee's location and our trainers will arrive 5 days prior to the grand opening and will stay through 2 days post-opening. 

In addition to the thrre-phase initial training, our intranet system will post training videos for employees and managers on topics including: pet behavior, pet safety, and pet CPR, to name a few!
