The Vital Stretch: Elevated Experience, Measured Results.

The Vital Stretch helps people Move Freely and Live Fully with 1-on-1 assisted stretching. Born from Co-Founders Melissa and Robert Goldring's experience as a Physical Therapist and Chiropractic Physician, The Vital Stretch Method provides clients with exceptional assisted stretch experiences. One-on-One Assisted Stretching is a new addition to the health & wellness space, and The Vital Stretch produces safe, effective, deeply relaxing stretch experiences.

At The Vital Stretch, we take pride in our elevated experience with measured results. The experience starts with a thorough intake and digital posture and motion assessment, so we can help our guests reach their flexibility goals and help them feel looser, lighter and fully alive. Guests use Vital Signs 3D posture and emotional assessment screens throughout their time with The Vital Stretch to measure functional movement and track proven results. When evaluating a franchise opportunity, reading and understanding the current version of their FDD is a necessity. Considering the benefits of franchising, such as established brand recognition and support from the franchisor, it's important to also take into account franchise fees and franchising royalty fees. Since most franchisors are privately owned companies, the current versions of their FDDs are typically not available unless requested directly from them.
