Training:
TherAnnu provides one of the most hands-on, supportive onboarding
programs in the wellness franchise space - making it an excellent
option for both experienced operators and first-time business
owners. Our goal is to ensure every franchisee launches with full
confidence, and we've built the systems to make that possible.
Franchisees begin with over 40 hours of pre-opening
training at our flagship location. This includes both
classroom instruction and hands-on application, focused on
preparing the franchisee and their two key team members (typically
the Spa Manager and Spa Wellness Coordinator). Training covers all
operational systems, client experience protocols, service and sales
education, and team management practices. Special attention is
given to the membership sales process and our Restorative Roadmap
consultation - a guided client experience designed to recommend the
most appropriate services and encourage long-term engagement
through memberships and packages. Franchisees also gain access to
computerized training modules, which support both
initial onboarding and future retraining needs, ensuring
operational consistency as their team grows.
What sets us apart is our commitment to being there in person. We
provide 10 full days of on-site support during the grand opening
phase. A member of our leadership team is physically present at the
new location to work side-by-side with the team - coaching,
troubleshooting, and reinforcing brand standards. This level of
hands-on support is rare in franchising and gives brokers peace of
mind when presenting TherAnnu to candidates who may be new to
wellness or entrepreneurship.
Following the grand opening, we offer structured Quick Start
Business Coaching. This program begins with weekly strategy
sessions and gradually shifts to biweekly and monthly check-ins as
key performance milestones are achieved. It provides continued
accountability, KPI tracking, and real-time business coaching.
Franchisees also benefit from a full suite of ongoing staff
training tools, including our digital training platform for
onboarding new hires, rolling out updates, and maintaining service
standards across all roles.
TherAnnu is not a plug-and-play model - it's a partnership. We're
deeply invested in the success of each franchisee, and we've built
a robust infrastructure to guide them from launch through long-term
growth. For brokers, this means you can confidently introduce
TherAnnu to qualified candidates who are passionate, hands-on, and
ready to bring something truly restorative to their communities -
even if they don't come from a spa or clinical background.
Special Instructions/Notes: Nutrient (IV) Therapy Is Optional:
- Nutrient IV therapy is an optional service within the TherAnnu
model and is not required for franchisees to offer.
- Locations that choose to offer IV therapy must comply with
state-specific regulations and staffing requirements.
Management Agreements Are Required in Most States to offer IV
therapy
- In Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, IV therapy
may be offered under a management agreement with a licensed medical
provider (MD, NP, or PA), with services administered by RNs or LPNs
under supervision.
- In West Virginia and New Jersey, management agreements are not
sufficient - IV therapy services must be owned or co-owned by a
licensed physician.
- Brokers should vet candidate interest in offering IV therapy
and guide them accordingly based on their territory's legal
framework.
Franchisees Must Contract Licensed Providers for Regulated
Services
- For any service requiring licensure (e.g., dry needling or IV
therapy), franchisees must engage licensed professionals and/or
medical directors via compliant agreements.
- TherAnnu provides guidance and support in structuring these
relationships but does not require franchisees to be licensed
themselves.
