Training: You (or if you are an entity, a Principal Owner) and your
Store manager must attend 2 1/2 days of Operations and In-Store
Training. Operations Training lasts 4 days and will cover subjects
that address back-of-house administration, loss prevention,
inventory management, customer service and Store standards,
including grand opening marketing, merchandising and product
knowledge. In-Store Training will take place in our corporate Store
for a period of 2 days, and will focus on the key areas of running
your new Store including: POS training, Store procedures, product
buying, local Store marketing, customer service and visual
merchandising.
You (or if you are an entity, a Principal Owner) and your Store
manager must have successfully completed Business Training before
you may attend Operations and In-Store Training. Before Operations
and In-Store Training, you also must have a signed lease that has
been received by us and ordered your fixture package. Operations
and In-Store Training must be completed before you begin your Open
to Buy period.
